Mariel Gonzalez is an upcoming cellist on the rise. She is currently attending Humber College in pursuit of her Bachelor of Music degree in Jazz. Prior to Humber College she attended Cuba’s Escuela Nacional de Artes (National School of Arts) to study classical music.

While studying contemporary music at Humber, Mariel has been busy playing as a part of the Celebrity Symphony Orchestra while making several other guest appearances in different shows and on different albums. Classical music is her forte, but she is a diverse artist who dabbles in jazz and contemporary music as well.
